The sessions included are designed to support your natural progression/development – guiding you step by step toward greater body and movement awareness, built on functional strength and fluid mobility.
You’ll receive two 6-week training plans that build on each other to give you structure and guidance.
The first plan is ideal for beginners, while the second is an intermediate or follow-up plan to continue your progress. Each plan is based on a pool of 10 effective sessions – 5 bodyweight and 5 mobility workouts. These sessions are combined over six weeks and created as a step by step plan to ensure a balance between training and appropriate recovery. This structure supports an effective improvement in strength, mobility and natural body awareness.

For over 40 years, sport, movement, strength and the study of the human body have been my constant companions. I have spent decades exploring how we move, how we get stronger and how physical training can become a path to strength for life and also to inner awareness.
What began with a deep love of sport and movement gradually evolved into a holistic approach that involves not only the body, but also the mind and spirit. Along the way, I have gathered tools from various traditions and experiences: Fitness, movement, breath, energy work, self-enquiry, meditation and the universal principles that govern life.
I am a disciple at heart, someone who has walked the path himself and continues to walk it every day. With my many years of personal experience and as a coach, I am a guide and personal trainer for anyone who wants to reconnect with their own true strength and spaciousness that is inherent in all of us.
My work is about providing a space where people feel safe, coached and encouraged, be it in movement, in stillness or in moments of transformation. I support others to become more grounded, open and free in their own body and life.

With over 30 years of experience in many kinds of sports, movement, strength and healing, I bring a lifetime of embodied knowledge to this course. As a holistic coach, personal trainer, naturopath and energy healer, I have helped many people regain their strength, mobility and energy. Fitness, sport and movement has always been one of my greatest passions. But this path wasn’t just learned - it was lived.
That time was extremely difficult for me - physically, emotionally and mentally. Until then, I believed I was invincible. I pushed my body constantly, ignoring its signals and ultimately paid the price.
The injury felt like a brutal wake-up call - a massive shock that forced me to pause, reflect and change course. Life humbled me and showed me, with painful clarity, that I couldn’t keep going the way I had. It was only through this challenge that I began to understand what it truly means to live in balance, to respect the body and to build real strength from within.

The course includes two structured 6-week training plans: SpiritBody Foundation (Beginner level) and SpiritBody Expansion (Advanced level). You’ll get over 16 short, effective video sessions combining bodyweight strength training, mobility work and flow practices – designed to help you build lasting strength, flexibility and awareness. The course also includes guided meditations, nutritional insights and a printable plan to track your progress.
You can complete the course at your own pace. We recommend following the 6-week structure for each level – either as a full 12-week transformation or as two separate programs. You’ll have full access to all materials for 2 years, allowing you to revisit, repeat or deepen your practice anytime.
